Boat trips on the Drau from Villach do not run

This cruise can no longer be bought. The association of Carinthian boat operators states that Drauschifffahrt has been paused since 2020.

MS Landskron moved from the Drau to the lake and today belongs to the Ossiachersee Schifffahrt fleet.

Where to go instead

The closest replacement is a cruise on Ossiacher See – the same boat, the same town. The Landskron landing stage lies on the edge of Villach.

• There are eight landing stages: Landskron, Annenheim, Sattendorf, Berghof, St. Urban, Bodensdorf, Ossiach and Steindorf.
• The large circuit takes 2 to 2.5 hours, the small circuit one hour.
• 2026 season: 1 May – 4 October daily, then until 26 October only at weekends and on public holidays.
• In the 2026 high season the large circuit costs €25.90 for an adult and €13.90 for a child.
