Cancellation by the client is always subject to cancellation fees. If the stay is cancelled up to 32 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the stay; if the stay is cancelled 31 -0 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance (with a 20% excess), which we can offer you at a price of 5.5% of the order price.
