The hotel complex also offers relaxation and health care.
The wellness area offers: a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, a large relaxation room, a covered outdoor pool (summer), a whirlpool (winter), therapeutic massages, a solarium, natural healing baths.
The healing spring, which contains iron, sulphur and radon, brings relief from rheumatism.
Room description:
Comfort room for 2/3/4 people - a room with a double bed and the option of a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people (or 1 to 2 extra beds), a bathroom, usually a balcony.
Family apartment - approx. 33 m² - a room with a double bed, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a balcony.
Included in the price of the stay:

Payment terms: a deposit of 50% on ordering, the remaining 50% 30 days before departure
Cancellation terms: cancellation between 89-31 days before departure carries a cancellation fee of 50% of the order price, cancellation 30-0 days before departure carries a cancellation fee of 100% of the order price
COVID -19 - conditions for cancelling the trip free of charge:
The right to cancel the stay without any penalty in the event of travel restrictions for our clients from the Czech Republic applies if the following situation arises:
1. closure of the borders (including transit) – the client gets back 100% of the amount paid
2. the Austrian government declares mandatory quarantine for residents of the Czech Republic on arrival in Austria, or a negative test – the client gets back 100% of the amount paid
3. the Czech government declares mandatory quarantine on arrival from Austria, or a negative test – the client gets back 100% of the amount paid
The quarantine described above must be declared by a state authority (not by an employer or a third party) and the decisive day is the first day of the stay.
