A new apartment house right on the piste with a large car park in front of the house. The house has a restaurant, a lounge, a ski room and a boot dryer. 23 apartments in total.
All apartments are equipped with: a fridge, a cooker with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave, a balcony, a TV and a large sofa. The bathrooms have a bath, a double washbasin and a hairdryer.
Apartment no. 1 (1st floor), no.11 (2nd floor), no. 21 (ground floor) number of people 6-8, approx. 65 m2:
3x bedroom (2x double bed, 1x bunk bed), living room with a sofa bed, 2x bathroom (one bathroom by one bedroom with shower and toilet, the other shared with a bath), another separate toilet, balcony, SAT-TV.
Apartment no. 19 (2nd floor), number of people 6-8, approx. 65 m2:
2x bedroom (1x double bed + sofa bed for 2 people, 1x with a double bed), living room with a sofa bed, 2x bathroom (one bathroom by one bedroom with shower and toilet, the other shared with a bath), another separate toilet, balcony, SAT-TV.
Apartment no. 3,4,5,7,9 (1st floor), no. 13,14,15,17 (2nd floor), no.22,23,24 (ground floor) number of people 4-6 approx. 49 m2:
2x bedroom (one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed), living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, SAT-TV, balcony.
Apartment no. 6,8, (1st floor) and no. 16,18 (2nd floor), number of people 2-4, approx. 45 m2:

These apartments can be connected into 2 apartments for 4-8 people.
Apartment no. 2 (1st floor) and no. 12 (2nd floor), number of people 4-6, approx. 47 m2:

Apartment no. 10 (1st floor), number of people 2-4, approx. 48 m2:

Price list:
Cancellation terms Nassfeldhaus 2021:
The cancellation fees are:
500 Kč/ person if the client withdraws from the contract more than 47 days before the first day of the trip
50 % of the total price of the ordered services if the client withdraws from the contract between the 46th and the 23rd day before the first day of the trip
100 % of the total price of the ordered services if the client withdraws from the contract between the 22nd day and the first day of the trip including the day of arrival, or does not take up the stay.
Payment terms:
50% of the order price is due on the day of the order (max. 24 hours from the order), the remaining 50% of the order price is due 30 days before arrival.
